Credit card billing account allows you to use it as a Personal Individual Account for yourself or as an Corporate Business Account for the whole company’s travel reservations. Once your account is established, Diplomat Limousine Service will assign you a credit Card billing account number which will be valid for booking reservations worldwide. You or your company employees will use this account number and provide a credit card every time they book a new reservation through us.

Rides will be individually billed to the credit card provided at the time the reservation is made
Each of your rides will appear as a separate transection on your credit card statement

Payment receipts can be generated after each ride or in one monthly statement

DIRECT BILL ACCOUNT

Direct bill account is only for corporate business travel use, which allows you to make travel reservations for whole company employees, by just providing the account number.Once your account is established, Diplomat Limousine Service will assign you a direct bill account number which will be valid for booking reservations worldwide. This way all company employees can travel hassle free without disclosing their credit card info each time they make a reservation with us.
